BOPP packaging tape — transparent cello tape, brown tape and printed tape — is made in two halves. The first half coats adhesive onto jumbo BOPP film and dries it. The second half converts that coated jumbo into the rolls you sell.

Which machines do I need to start a BOPP tape plant?
At minimum a coating machine to make coated jumbo rolls, and a slitting or slitter rewinder plus slicer to convert them. Core cutting, core loading and shrink wrapping complete the line. Plants that buy coated jumbo rolls can start with converting machines only.
