What the tape slicer machine does
The slicer — also called a slizer or log roll cutting machine — cuts a wound log roll into finished tape rolls. It is the last converting step before packing, and its accuracy decides how clean and consistent every roll edge looks.
SK Engineering Works builds slicer machines for log roll cutting of PE, PET, BOPP tape, masking tape, double-sided tape and release paper. Models are available as manual cutting, semi-automatic cutting and automatic cutting, including automatic two-shaft slicers.
