01Overview
What the core loader does
Loading cores by hand slows every changeover. A core loader feeds cores from a box onto mandrels and unloads them automatically, so operators spend less time at the shaft.
The SK Engineering Works core loader is supplied with 4 nylon mandrels, a core box and a pneumatic cylinder (listed as '1650' in the catalogue), and uses pneumatic cylinders throughout. Moulds are provided with the machine; additional moulds are charged separately.
